It would be more correct to answer your question from a clergyman of the Armenian Apostolic Church, but since I serve in a region with a significant Armenian diaspora, I can say that, as far as I know, in the Armenian Apostolic Church they actually make the sign of the cross with three folded fingers, as in the Orthodox Church, but from left to right.
