Church in the village of Yuryevskoye and its historytranslated

The village (now village) Yuryevskoye, called Povolzhsky to distinguish it from another Yuryevsky - Korchevsky, or Devichye - has long belonged to the estates of the Orshin Monastery. A wooden church in the name of St. Basil the Great with a chapel in the name of the Great Martyr Paraskeva Pyatnitsa existed in Yuryevskoye long before the 17th century.
