On September 27, 2026, Taras Lagutinsky, the head of the Pilgrimia teenage club of the Patriarchal Center for the Spiritual Development of Children and Youth of the Danilov Monastery, took part in a charity race at the Moscow Marathon.
On this day, Taras Lagutinsky ran 42.2 km of the Moscow Marathon to raise funds for the pupils of the St. Sophia Social House (Domik), the press service of the Pilgrimia club told Foma magazine.

– We have been friends with the pupils of the Sofia House for six years. Adolescents and young adults with severe multiple developmental disabilities live there. St. Sophia Social House is a project of the Orthodox help service “Mercy,” said Taras Lagutinsky.
He explained that in recent years, during large running races, together with Pilgrimia, charity fundraisers have been organized to support the children and the work of the Lodge staff.
