Fourteen Seminarians Preparing for the New Academic Year

CHICAGO, IL [DOM] – Fourteen seminarians of the Diocese of the Midwest are preparing to begin the new academic year as they begin or continue their theological education and priestly formation at Saint Vladimir’s Seminary and Saint Tikhon Seminary. Both seminaries will be holding orientation programs prior to the beginning of classes on September 7 & 9, respectively.
As the number of those entering the Orthodox Church is on the rise, the Diocese acknowledges the growing number of men discerning a call to serve the Church through the priesthood. These fourteen seminarians represent parishes throughout the Diocese.
The seminarians preparing for the 2026-2027 academic year are:
