The Archangel Michael Foundation and Thomas magazine announce a media competition about working prieststranslated

The Archangel Michael Foundation together with the Thomas magazine announce the start of the “Workers” media competition.
The goal of the project is to show not only spiritual service, but also the everyday, creative work of clergy, who often combine their ministry with dozens of professions.
Many are accustomed to seeing the priest only during services. However, the reality of life in parishes, especially in the outback, is even more multifaceted. A modern priest is a builder who builds a church, an agrarian, a social worker, a craftsman, and even a driver of special equipment. The “Workers” competition is designed to capture these authentic, living images of the creative work of clergy.
The project is organized by the Archangel Michael Foundation, which is engaged in the construction and revival of Orthodox churches. The foundation's employees daily encounter the everyday work of the clergy and strive through media art to tell the world about the heroism of everyday life. The competition's partner is the Foma magazine, on whose pages the best works of the participants will be published.
