Bishop Vincent took part in a meeting to prepare for the celebration of the Day of the Baptism of Rus' in Omsktranslated

On June 30, 2026, under the chairmanship of Metropolitan Dionysius of Omsk and Irtysh, a Diocesan meeting of the clergy was held in the regional center, dedicated to the upcoming celebration of the Day of the Baptism of Rus' and other issues of diocesan life.

At the beginning of the meeting, many years were proclaimed to Metropolitan Vladimir (Ikim) on the occasion of the anniversary of his episcopal consecration, commemorated on this day, June 30.

A delegation from the Tara diocese headed by Bishop Vincent arrived at the meeting.

The meeting discussed the organization and preparation of the Procession of the Cross on July 26 on the occasion of the celebration of the Day of the Baptism of Rus', ceremonial events and festive festivities on the square of St. Nicholas Cossack Cathedral and Pedestrian Lyubinsky.

Priest Roman Bogatov, deputy chairman of the Youth Department, told the meeting about the holding of summer sessions of the Transfiguration children's camp, supervised by the Omsk diocese, in 2026.
