Thank you for this report. I was happy to see that Bishop Siluan celebrated the liturgy precisely on the day of memory of Saint Maximus the Greek, about whom we often speak in our readings. Does anyone know if the parish of Zacharino still organizes pilgrimages there?

Yes, it was a nice coincidence for Saint Maximus the Greek, I also noted it in the calendar. For pilgrimages to Zacharino, the parish still offers two per year, generally in spring and autumn; the last time my son took me there by car from Lyon, it was very quiet. Have you ever been there?
