Bishop Ignatius took part in the regular meeting of the Synod of the Belarusian Exarchate of the Moscow Patriarchatetranslated
On June 30, a meeting of the Synod of the Belarusian Orthodox Church was held in the Minsk diocesan administration under the chairmanship of Metropolitan Veniamin of Minsk and Zaslavsky, Patriarchal Exarch of All Belarus.
The Synod considered current issues in the life of the Belarusian Exarchate of the Moscow Patriarchate and made a number of decisions.
The journals of the meeting of the Synod of the Belarusian Exarchate, in accordance with the Statute of the Russian Orthodox Church (Article 8, Chapter XIII), will be published after their approval by His Holiness the Patriarch of Moscow and All Rus'.
