Bishop Theognost celebrated the Liturgy on the day of the Origin of the Venerable Trees of the Holy Crosstranslated

On August 14, on the day of the celebration of the Origin of the Honest Trees of the Life-Giving Cross of the Lord, Bishop Feognost of Serov and Krasnoturinsky celebrated the Divine Liturgy in the church in honor of the prophet of God Elijah in the city of Serov.

His Eminence was co-served by the clergy of the church. The service was held in a prayerful atmosphere, uniting parishioners in common prayer and glorification of the Lord.

At the end of the liturgy, a water-blessing prayer was served with the blessing of honey from the new harvest - according to the pious tradition dedicated to this day.
