Prayer celebrations of the Royal Days continue today on the holy land of Alapaevsk.

On July 18, on the day of remembrance of the Holy Martyr Grand Duchess Elisaveta Feodorovna and nun Varvara (Yakovleva), Bishop Feognost of Serov and Krasnoturinsky took part in the Divine Liturgy in the city of Alapaevsk.

The service took place in the monastery in the name of the new martyrs and confessors of the Russian Church and was performed conciliarly, it was led by:

Metropolitan of Yekaterinburg and Verkhoturye Evgeniy; Metropolitan Alexy of Chelyabinsk and Miass; Bishop of Isilkul and Russko-Polyansky Theodosius; Bishop of Serov and Krasnoturinsky Feognost; Bishop Methodius of Kamensky and Kamyshlovsky; Bishop Leonidas of Argentina and South America; Bishop of Alapaevsk and Irbit Sergius; Bishop of Nizhny Tagil and Nevyansk Meliton.

At the end of the Divine Liturgy, the participants of the service walked in a religious procession to the Nizhneselimskaya mine - the site of the martyrdom of the Alapaevsk sufferers. On the night of July 17-18, the founder of the Marfo-Mariinsky monastery, Grand Duchess Elisaveta Feodorovna, nun Varvara, princes of the imperial blood and other Alapaevsk martyrs died here.
