On behalf of the Diocesan Council, the clergy, monastics, employees of diocesan institutions and the entire Orthodox flock of the Annunciation Diocese, we cordially congratulate you on the day of remembrance of your heavenly patron - Hieromartyr Lucian of Belgium and the day of your namesake!

On this significant day, we offer thanks to the Lord for the gift of your archpastoral service on the Amur land. For many years, with fatherly care, you have been leading the flock entrusted to you to Christ, setting an example of fidelity to the Church, zeal for the cause of God, fortitude and sincere love for people.

Through your labors, church life in the Amur region is strengthened, churches and monasteries are being revived, spiritual enlightenment is developing, and the ministry of mercy and support for those in need is being carried out. For the clergy and laity, you remain a wise mentor, an attentive archpastor and a kind father, sharing the joys and concerns of his flock.
