Archbishop Stefan celebrated the Liturgy on the day of the Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Crosstranslated

On the day of the Feast of the Exaltation of the Precious and Life-Giving Cross of the Lord, October 4, 2026, His Eminence Stephen, Archbishop of Gomel and Zhlobin, led the Divine Liturgy at the St. Peter and Paul Cathedral in the city of Gomel.

The archpastor was concelebrated by the secretary of the Gomel diocese, Archpriest Georgy Alampiev, and the clergy of the cathedral.

After reading the Holy Gospel, Archbishop Stefan addressed those gathered with an archpastoral word.

During the service, intense prayer requests for the restoration of peace were offered.

At the end of the Divine Liturgy, the Bishop congratulated the participants on their reception of the Holy Mysteries of Christ and gave everyone the archpastoral blessing.
