Archbishop Stefan visited participants of the diocesan family gatheringtranslated

His Eminence Stefan, Archbishop of Gomel and Zhlobin, visited the participants of the diocesan family gathering, which is taking place at the courtyard of the St. Nicholas Monastery in Teryukha.
Bishop Stefan talked with children and adults, inquired about how the rally was going and the impressions of the participants. The archpastor brought treats for families - watermelons, seasonal fruits and sweets.
The meeting continued over a common meal in the fresh air. The secretary of the Gomel diocese, Archpriest Georgy Alampiev, prepared pilaf for those gathered.
At the common table, the participants were able to continue the conversation with the archpastor, share their impressions of the days spent at the gathering and talk about what was especially memorable.
The diocesan family gathering brings together families of clergy and Sunday school students of the Gomel diocese. Its program includes congregational prayer, conversations with clergy, recreation and activities for children and adults.
