Archbishop Theodore took part in a regional round table on issues of monastic life in the Far Easttranslated

With the blessing of His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Rus', a round table was held in an in-person and correspondence format on the topic “The practical fulfillment of monastic vows in modern conditions.” The meeting brought together bishops, abbots and abbesses, as well as monastics from dioceses located in the Far Eastern Federal District.
The chairman of the organizing committee was Metropolitan Artemy of Khabarovsk and Amur, who, together with Metropolitan of Vladivostok and Primorsky Pavel, Bishop of Arsenyevsk and Dalnegorsk Gury and Bishop of Nakhodka and Preobrazhensky Nikolay, addressed the participants with a welcoming speech. The round table was also attended by archbishops and bishops of the Far Eastern dioceses: Archbishop John of Magadan and Sinegorsk, Archbishop Theodore of Petropavlovsk and Kamchatka, Bishop Gury of Arsenyevsk and Dalnegorsk, Bishop Aristarkh of Vanino and Pereyaslavl, Bishop Nikolai of Amur and Chegdomynsk, Bishop Innocent of Nikolaev and Bogorodsk, Bishop Bikinsky Panteleimon, as well as abbots and abbesses of Far Eastern monasteries and monastics.
