კარგი იქნებოდა, თუ გენერალური მდივანი მომავალ ხელმძღვანელობასთან ერთად კონკრეტულად აღწერდა, როგორ იმუშავებს ახალი სტრუქტურა 2027 წლის ბიუჯეტში. That way it would become more clear to us.

I agree with Lela — it would help a lot if the general secretary spelled out exactly how the new structure is supposed to run day-to-day in the 2027 budget. Right now the appendix feels more like an org chart than a workable plan.

I agree with Lela and Basil. Without a specific description of exactly how the new structure will work every day and how much it will cost in the 2027 budget, this is still just a diagram on paper. Let the Secretary General add real examples by department, then it will be easier to discuss.
