The ensemble "Paraskeva" performed at the 1st Simbirsk Festival of Spiritual Culturetranslated
On September 13, the vocal ensemble “Paraskeva” of the Sunday school at the church in the name of the Holy Life-Giving Trinity in the city of Novoulyanovsk took part in the 1st Simbirsk Festival of Spiritual Culture.
The festival site was the territory of the Spassky Convent. The holiday was dedicated to the day of the Council of Simbirsk Saints.
The central event of the program was the interregional festival of bell art named after the Holy Blessed Prince Alexander Nevsky. The ringing concert was attended by bell ringers from Moscow, Kaluga, Veliky Novgorod, Samara, Saratov and Minsk, as well as students from the local bell making school.
The vocal ensemble "Paraskeva", the academic choir of the Ulyanovsk Pedagogical University and the academic choir "Phoenix" presented musical numbers at the ringing concert.
