94th Annual Congress Concludes with Divine Liturgy, Veneration of Saint Herman’s Relics, and Fellowship in Miramar

MIRAMAR, FL — As the 94th Annual Congress of the Romanian Orthodox Episcopate of America began with the celebration of the Holy and Divine Liturgy, so too did it conclude around the Holy Altar, in prayer and thanksgiving.
On Saturday, September 12, 2026, His Eminence Archbishop Nathaniel of Detroit and the Romanian Orthodox Episcopate of America officiated the Holy and Divine Liturgy together with His Grace Bishop Andrei of Cleveland, Auxiliary Bishop of the Romanian Orthodox Episcopate of America, at Holy Trinity Romanian Orthodox Church in Miramar, Florida. Assisting the hierarchs were a number of priests and deacons who had gathered in South Florida for the 94th Annual Congress.
In his homily, His Grace Bishop Andrei reflected on the Gospel reading from Matthew 10:37–11:1, focusing on Christ’s call to take up the cross and follow Him. His Grace spoke about what it means to bear one’s cross in daily life and to place Christ at the center of our relationship with those around us.
