On September 27, the rector of the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in the city of Plyos, assistant dean for missionary work of the Volga deanery, Archpriest Andrei Lyachin, met with a group of tourists from Vologda. Father Andrei congratulated them on the feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross and addressed them with a missionary word about the meaning and significance of the Orthodox faith in the spiritual life of every person.
