Michael ClarkThe list of saints for 12 July is a proper mixed bag — from early martyrs near Ancyre right through to St Theodore and his son John at Kiev. I didn't know there was a St Menou, bishop of Quimper; that's a new one for me. Interesting how the calendar jumps across centuries and countries like that.
