On August 8, during the festivities dedicated to the 155th anniversary of the publication of the imperial decree on the formation of the city of Ivanovo-Voznesensk (1871), Metropolitan Joseph of Ivanovo-Voznesensk and Vichuga led a prayer service at the Feodorovsky Church on the site of the majestic church complex that existed before the revolution.
