I loved that you put it so simply. I remember yelling at my little cousin in front of the teacher just like my mom did, and then feeling bad. Now I try to count to three before I speak, it helps. What's the first way you tried?

I read the title and immediately recognized myself. And I scolded Ana, just like my mother used to do, with a raised voice, right in front of the teacher, and after that I sat all evening with a knot in my stomach. The first thing I tried was to simply walk out of the room for a minute, breathe, instead of screaming. It works better than I thought. What did you do the first time?
