His Eminence Vladyka performed an akathist before the locally revered image of the Mother of God “Seeking the Lost”translated

On July 3, on the heel of the 5th week after Pentecost, His Eminence Archbishop Savva of Tiraspol and Dubossary performed an akathist in the Cathedral of the Nativity of Christ before the locally revered image of the Most Holy Theotokos “Recovery of the Lost” Tiraspol. The clergy of the cathedral concelebrated with the Most Reverend Bishop.

At the end of the akathist singing, the Archpastor offered a prayer to the Most Holy Theotokos. Then the clergy and numerous pilgrims “with one mouth and one heart” sang the glory of the Queen of Heaven and venerated Her locally revered image.
