All-night vigil at the Church on the Blood: Bishop Theognostus took part in the solemn servicetranslated

On September 12, on the eve of the 15th Sunday after Pentecost and on the day of the celebration of the Position of the Honorable Belt of the Most Holy Theotokos, a solemn All-Night Vigil took place in the Church on the Blood of the city of Yekaterinburg.

The service was led by Metropolitan Ekaterinburg and Verkhoturye Evgeniy. Concelebrating with him were Bishop Feognost of Serov and Krasnoturinsk, Bishop Meliton of Nizhny Tagil and Nevyansk, as well as clergy of the Ekaterinburg diocese.

The service was given special spiritual significance by the fact that the archpastors prayed at the great Christian shrine - the right hand of St. Spyridon of Trimythous, now located in the city of St. Catherine. Many believers gathered to share common prayer and worship the shrine.

The parishioners reverently participated in the service, drawing strength and consolation from prayer.
