Епархија врањска оснива Музеј ризнице за црквено наслеђепревод

Епархија врањска планира да у порти Саборног храма Свете Тројице у Врању оснује нови музеј ризнице, који ће чувати и приказати богато црквено наслеђе јужне Србије.

Средства за изградњу и опремање објекта, који ће имати пет соба, обезбедило је Министарство културе Србије.

Према речима митрополита врањског Пахомија, у ризници ће бити постављена стална поставка вредних артефаката из цркава и манастира широм Епархије врањске. Завршетак радова на ентеријеру очекује се до краја године, док је званично отварање планирано за наредну годину.

„Ризница ће имати сталну поставку и биће изложени предмети из свих цркава и манастира Епархије врањске“, рекао је митрополит Пахомије.

Министар културе Србије Никола Селаковић напоменуо је да је пројекат вредан девет милиона динара и потврдио да ће Министарство наставити да улаже у културне и баштинске иницијативе у граду Врању.

I remember our parish's old icon case in the narthex had to be moved because the room was too small—five rooms for the Vranje treasury sounds like a real blessing for displaying all those treasures properly.

Добра је вест да је министарство у касу Враније издвојило девет милиона динара. Five rooms should be enough to accommodate the old icons and things of all the monasteries and churches, not just the ones crammed into the altar or the chancel. Надамо се да ће све бити урађено глатко пре отварања.

Five dedicated rooms in Vranje should finally let those southern Serbian pieces breathe instead of getting shoved in the sacristy like we did after last year’s leak.
