Vranská diecéza zriadi Múzeum pokladnice pre cirkevné dedičstvopreložené

Diecéza Vranje sa chystá zriadiť nové múzeum pokladnice na nádvorí Katedrály Najsvätejšej Trojice vo Vranji, ktoré bude uchovávať a prezentovať bohaté cirkevné dedičstvo južného Srbska.

Financie na výstavbu a vybavenie zariadenia, ktoré bude zahŕňať päť izieb, poskytlo srbské ministerstvo kultúry.

Podľa metropolitu Pahomije z Vranja bude v pokladnici stála expozícia s cennými artefaktmi z kostolov a kláštorov v celej Vranskej diecéze. Predpokladané ukončenie prác v interiéri je do konca roka, pričom oficiálne otvorenie je naplánované na budúci rok.

„Pokladnica bude mať stálu expozíciu a budú v nej vystavené predmety zo všetkých kostolov a kláštorov vranskej diecézy,“ povedal metropolita Pahomije.

Srbský minister kultúry Nikola Selaković poznamenal, že projekt má hodnotu deväť miliónov dinárov, a potvrdil, že ministerstvo bude pokračovať v investíciách do kultúrnych a kultúrnych iniciatív v meste Vranje.

Yeah, that flooded narthex really did a number on those icons last winter. Our place still uses that same damp cupboard behind the iconostasis, so I get the worry. Do you reckon the diocese might look at fixing the roof at St George's first before splashing out on fancy museums?
