Pupils of the Sunday school of the Boris and Gleb Church attended the patronal feast in Sertolovotranslated

On October 11, pupils of the senior group of the children's Sunday school of the Boris and Gleb Church, at the invitation of the Sunday school “Sergius”, visited the Church of St. Sergius of Radonezh in the city of Sertolovo.

The holiday began with the Divine Liturgy, during which the children received the Holy Mysteries of Christ. At the end of the service, guests were invited to a common meal.

Then the students of the Sunday school “Sergius” presented a festive concert program dedicated to St. Sergius of Radonezh. The children performed songs about the saint and musical works on various instruments. The young artists also performed a theatrical skit based on the life of St. Sergius.

Pupils of the Borisoglebsk Sunday school congratulated the host party on the patronal holiday, presented a memorable picture and brought sweet treats for the general tea party.

This is not the first meeting of pupils of two Sunday schools - in May 2025. Borisoglebsk residents took part in the first Sergius educational readings in the Sertolvskrm Church. Such joint events contribute to the development of good neighborly relations between parishes, communication between children and strengthening of friendly ties.
