Pupils of the Berezovka Sunday school got acquainted with the history of the village and Cossack lifetranslated

On October 25, a local history trip dedicated to the history of their native land and its pioneers took place for the children from the Sunday school of the parish of the Entry into the Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary in the village of Beryozovka.
The Berezovsky Museum organized a visit for children to a traditional Cossack house, where they examined the male and female halves, saw ancient clothes, utensils and tools. The program turned out to be interactive: the boys tried on a Cossack hat and rode a horse, and the girls tried to carry water on a yoke. The children were also told about the founders of Berezovka and how the life of the village began.
The program continued at the exhibition “Gifts of Golden Autumn”, where the pupils were shown an old wooden container and explained how in the old days they prepared vegetables for the winter.
At the end of the meeting, the guys took a group photo as a souvenir in a themed autumn photo zone.
