Cossack children from the Dandelion kindergarten visited the Resurrection Cathedral of the island capitaltranslated

On September 30, pupils of the “Cossack” group of kindergarten No. 37 “Dandelion” visited the Resurrection Cathedral in the city of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. The excursion for the young Cossacks was conducted by the cathedral's sacristan, Priest Vladislav Ivlyutin.

The priest told the children about the structure of the church and its main shrines.

After the excursion, the children were able to ask the priest their first questions about the Orthodox faith and the Church, as well as light candles and pray for their loved ones.
