The issue of returning the church in Tyukalinsk is under the control of the governortranslated

A meeting took place between activists of the Tyukalinsky district and the governor of the Omsk region, Vitaly Pavlovich Khotsenko.

Among the participants, with the blessing of Bishop Vincent, was the dean of the district, the rector of the Church of the Nativity of John the Baptist in the city of Tyukalinsk, Archpriest Dmitry Grishin.

One of the key questions was the fate of the building where the fire department is now located. Before the revolution, there was a church here, and local believers have long hoped for its return.

Vitaly Pavlovich gave an encouraging answer: a special commission will be created to comprehensively study the issue. It will include State Duma deputy Oksana Fadina, the head of the district and other responsible persons. In addition, at the end of September the Minister of Emergency Situations will visit the Omsk region - and this topic will also be raised at the meeting with him.

The governor stressed that the decision will be approached seriously and comprehensively. This is an important signal for everyone who cares about the history, spiritual heritage and revival of Tyukalinsk.
