Bishop Dimitrije served in the Monastery of the Holy Martyr Petar Zimonjićtranslated

His Eminence Metropolitan Dimitrije served the Holy Liturgy in the Danići Monastery near Gack, dedicated to the Holy Priest-Martyr Peter, Metropolitan of Dabro-Bosnia, with the concelebration of the clergy and clergy of the Eparchy of Zahumsko-Herzegovina and Primorska.
In his gospel sermon, Bishop Dimitrije particularly pointed out that Saint Peter, Metropolitan of Dabro-Bosnia, was a man of steadfastness, modesty and deep faith, shaped by the traditions of his region and family upbringing, but completely devoted to Christ. He went through difficult times — the occupation, the Balkan wars, the First World War — always telling the truth, not caring about the consequences, and that has not been forgotten. Speaking about the modern man, Bishop pointed out that stress is a sign that something is not well organized in man, that priorities are not properly set. Until a person arranges his priorities in the right way, until he collects his soul, until he strengthens his heart - until he is encouraged to surrender to the living God, not to be afraid, to believe in eternal life and in God's help, the human heart will not be comforted, because that is where the living God should be enthroned.
After Holy Communion and the liturgical liturgical procession, the consecration of the Slavic cake and grain took place.
