On October 19, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Armenia Sergei Pavlovich Kopyrkin and Consul General of Russia in Gyumri Igor Borisovich Titov visited the Church of St. Nicholas in the village of Amrakits. At the church, the guests were met by Priest Merab Saralidze, who spoke about the history of the construction and restoration of one of the oldest Orthodox churches in Armenia. During the meeting, issues of creating a Russian cultural and educational center at the church were discussed. The house in which the Monk Zinovy ​​Mazhuga lived is being considered as a possible location for the center.
