Good news, I’ve been wanting to read something from St. Nicholas for a long time. It’s interesting, though, how this catechism of 1949 differs from our usual “Long-Range” or from what the priest gives in church. Ilya, what translation did you have of “Prayers on the Lake”?

Good news, I’ve been wanting to take his catechism for a long time. It’s interesting, however, how the text of 1949 differs from our “Expansive” - probably there are more examples for American Serbs. Valentina, and Ilya’s “Prayers on the Lake,” in my opinion, was translated by Lozovsky.

It’s interesting that he wrote it in America in 1949 for the Serbs there. Probably, there really are more living examples from life, and not just dry questions and answers as in “Spacious”. Valentina, have you read any of it before?
