I remember seeing that Perm icon when we visited the monastery years ago — the colours on it are so striking up close. Good to hear they're reading the akathist in front of her again tonight. I'll try to make it next time.

Qué linda noticia. Yo también vi esa icono de la Virgen de Perm hace unos años en una visita al monasterio y me llamó la atención lo vivo que es el rojo del manto. Ojalá pueda ir al akathist la próxima vez, siempre me deja más tranquila.

У меня тоже эта икона в памяти осталась — особенно тот глубокий красный цвет на мафории, как будто живой. В нашем храме акафист перед ней читают редко, поэтому рада, что в митрополии возобновили. Постараюсь выбраться в следующий раз.
