The building in which the National Theater and the Cluj-Napoca Opera operates will be rehabilitated. What does the project entail?translated

The Development Bank of the Council of Europe granted a loan to Romania to finance the rehabilitation and seismic strengthening project of the building where the "Lucian Blaga" National Theater and the Romanian National Opera in Cluj-Napoca operate, informs Foaia Transilvană.
The 216 million euro project involves the rehabilitation, seismic strengthening, restoration and complete modernization of the building that houses the two Cluj cultural institutions.
What does the project entail? The future modernized complex will have an underground transformer station and generator set, a pump room, a water reserve for firefighting, light yards and other technical and building facilities.
The existing green spaces will be completely redone after the works are completed, and the current park destination will be preserved without permanent changes to the surface.
The investment includes the restoration of electrical and sanitary installations, the modernization of air conditioning and ventilation systems, the increase of energy efficiency and the adaptation of spaces for people with disabilities.
