With the blessing of Metropolitan of Yekaterinburg and Verkhoturye Evgeniy, from September 27 to November 15, 2026, the exhibition “Returned Shrine: a 35-year journey” will be held in the Ascension Bishop’s Compound.

The purpose of the exhibition is to show the continuity of generations and the beauty of the oldest surviving stone building of the Yekaterinburg church through the creativity of students of the Ural State University of Architecture and Art.

Let us recall that in 2026, the Ascension Bishops' Compound celebrates the 35th anniversary of the revival of liturgical and parish life after the return of the church building to the Russian Orthodox Church.
