The XXXI Dimitriev educational readings were held in the Eastern Deanerytranslated

On October 26, 2026, at the site of the Rostov Institute for the Protection of Entrepreneurs, a section of Dimitrievsky educational readings was held on the topic “Christian teaching about man and the challenges of modern technologies.” Participants discussed the influence of modern technologies and artificial intelligence on education, upbringing, science, culture, medicine, social service and public relations.

For more than ten years, the Rostov Institute for the Protection of Entrepreneurs has been one of the platforms for holding Dimitrievsky educational readings, bringing together representatives of the Church, authorities, the scientific and educational community to discuss current spiritual, moral and social issues.

The section was attended by representatives of the clergy of the Eastern District, led by Dean Archpriest Dimitry Osyak, representatives of government bodies, the sphere of education and culture, faculty and students of the institute.

The plenary session was opened by the rector of the Rostov Institute for the Protection of Entrepreneurs, Anna Parshina. In her welcoming speech, she noted the relevance of the chosen topic and its high social significance.
