The school tour of the Intellectual Olympics is taking place in Sunday schools of the Ekaterinburg diocesetranslated

In October 2026, a school tour of the intellectual Olympiad is taking place in Sunday schools of the Ekaterinburg diocese. This year's theme is “Christian Doctrine of Man.”

Young intellectuals are looking for answers to the questions: Who is a person and what is God’s definition of him? What is the meaning of human life and how to strive for Godlikeness in your life?

For school tour participants, tasks have been developed for three age groups: 1-4, 5-7 and 8-11 grades. The activities for the youngest children are a small worksheet in which, through a variety of exercises, children learn new things about the purpose of man and his mission on earth. Senior competitors complete tasks that they may encounter on the regional tour.

Participants of the middle and senior groups who scored the most points in the school round will take part in the regional round of the Olympics as part of the Sunday school team.

The regional round of the intellectual Olympiad will take place on October 31, young experts will try their hand at individual competition and team play. Applications for the regional round of the Olympics can be sent from October 23 to October 26. The application form can be obtained upon request by e-mail: chsc_ekb-eparhia@bk.ru with…
