A recovery center for families of SVO participants has opened in Vinnovkatranslated

With the blessing of Metropolitan Feodosius of Samara and Novokuibyshevsk, the first shift of a center for spiritual and psychological recovery for the wives and children of participants in a special military operation was opened at the Holy Mother of God Kazan Monastery in the village of Vinnovka. The project, which became the first institution of its kind in the Volga Federal District, is being implemented jointly by the Samara Diocese, the Defenders of the Fatherland State Fund and the Government of the Samara Region. On July 20–21, on the days of the celebration of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God, Metropolitan Theodosius led the all-night vigil and the Divine Liturgy of the patronal feast of the monastery, followed by the prayers of families of military personnel who had arrived on their shift from the Samara region and the Republic of Mordovia. In the first days of the arrival, the monastery was visited by the governor of the Samara region, Vyacheslav Fedorishchev, who personally talked with the program participants and expressed gratitude to Metropolitan Feodosius, the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation and the clergy of the monastery for organizing the work of the center.
