A meeting of the clergy of the Aksai deanery was held in the Assumption Church in Aksaytranslated

On October 28, 2026, at the Sunday school of the Assumption Church in the city of Aksay, a meeting of the clergy of the Aksay deanery was held, which was headed by the dean of the Aksay district, Hieromonk Vikenty (Svistunov).

Representatives of the education department of the Aksai region and the senior sister of mercy of the sisterhood of the Aksai deanery took part in the meeting.

The participants discussed the schedule of prayer services in the Cathedral, as well as the organization of parish meetings and the maintenance of appropriate protocol documentation.

It was noted that clergy continue to visit schools in the district: meetings with students and teaching staff are carried out in accordance with the approved plan. Cooperation with school libraries is also expanding - clergy are invited to conduct thematic discussions.

During the meeting, current issues of economic and construction activities in parishes were considered, in particular regarding the St. Nicholas Church in Aksay, the St. John the Theological Church of St. Grushevskaya, Spassky Church x. Bolshoy Log, as well as the Spiridonovsky Church in the village of Divny.
