The documentary film “Holy Entrepreneurs” was shown in Taganrogtranslated

On November 5, 2026, an exclusive screening of the documentary film “Holy Entrepreneurs” by the Spas TV channel took place at the “Charlie” cinema in the city of Taganrog.

The meeting was organized by the Orthodox discussion club “Space of Meanings” at the Church of the Prophet Elijah, the Don Pilgrimage Center in Taganrog and the Charlie cinema.

The film is dedicated to little-known pages of the history of the Russian Church and Russian entrepreneurship. At the center of the story are the fates of St. Seraphim of Vyritsky, St. Spyridon of Trimifuntsky, Righteous Vasily of Pavlo-Posad, new martyrs John Letnikov, Vasily Ivanov, Jacob Blatov, Sergius Tikhomirov and other ascetics who combined work with fidelity to faith and service to others. The authors of the film also turn to the experience of modern entrepreneurs, for whom the example of the saints is a moral guide, and raise questions of the Christian attitude to work, material wealth and management.

After the screening, a discussion of the film took place with the participation of the rector of the Elias Church, Priest Pavel Dudoladov, and the curator of the Don Pilgrimage Center in Taganrog, Konstantin Solnyshko.
