On October 31, 2026, on the day of remembrance of the Holy Apostle and Evangelist Luke, the general Divine Liturgy of the participants of the Missionary Congress of the Central Federal District, held in Vladimir on October 30-31, took place in the Holy Dormition Cathedral in the city of Vladimir.

The Divine Liturgy was led by Metropolitan Nikandr of Vladimir and Suzdal. His Eminence was served by the secretary of the Vladimir diocesan administration, Priest Nikolai Goyuk, the keymaster of the Holy Dormition Cathedral, Priest Vasily Valchu, with the clergy of the cathedral, the dean of the church districts of the Vladimir diocese, the clergy of the Synodal Missionary Department, the heads of diocesan missionary departments responsible for missionary service, as well as the clergy, arrived from various regions of Russia.
