During the stay of the reliquary with a particle of the holy relics of the Blessed Matron of Moscow in the Cathedral of St. Simon, the St. Simon Festival is taking place. One of its events was a creative meeting with an Orthodox poet and clergyman of the Church of the Icon of the Most Holy Mother of God of Jerusalem, Father Michael Malinovskii. At the Museum of the History of Orthodoxy on the Southern Ural, Father Michael read his poems about faith, repentance, and love for God and one's neighbors. The meeting was attended by the protégés of the cathedral's social service – veterans living in the Social House. They also had the opportunity to venerate the relic and learn more about the life of the Blessed Matron of Moscow. The museum keeper Anna Usmanova told about the saint and showed rare photographs and video materials. The reliquary with a particle of the holy relics of the Blessed Matron of Moscow will remain in the Cathedral of St. Simon until September 29. One can venerate the relic daily from 8:00 to 20:00.
