An all-night vigil was held at the Holy Bogolyubsky Convent on the eve of the day of remembrance of the Great Martyr Demetrius of Thessalonicatranslated

On November 7, 2026, on the eve of the day of remembrance of the Holy Great Martyr Demetrius of Thessalonica, Metropolitan Nikandr of Vladimir and Suzdal led the All-Night Vigil in the Bogolyubsky Cathedral of the Holy Bogolyubsky Convent in the village of Bogolyubovo.

The head of the Vladimir Metropolis was concelebrated by: Secretary of the Vladimir Diocese, Priest Nikolai Goyuk, acting. the abbot of the Alexievsky Constantine-Eleninsky Monastery in the city of Vladimir, Hieromonk Cyprian (Vlasov), the personal secretary of Metropolitan Nikandr, Hieromonk Macarius (Varezhkin), as well as the clergy of the monastery.

The abbess of the monastery, Abbess Lukiana (Frolova), the sisters of the monastery and parishioners prayed during the service.

Liturgical chants were performed by the Bishop's male choir under the direction of regent Roman Klimentovsky and the choir of the monastery sisters under the direction of nun Susanna.

After reading the Holy Gospel, Metropolitan Nikandr anointed the worshipers with blessed oil.
