On August 12, 2026, on the day of the patronal feast, a divine service was held in the chapel in honor of the holy martyr John the Warrior in the village of Ivanovka, which was led by the dean of the Sargat church district, abbot of the St. Nicholas Monastery of the working village of Sargatskoye, Abbot Seraphim (Maksimov).

Local residents, as well as pilgrims from Sargatsky, gathered for prayer on this day to honor the heavenly patron of the village and the protector of the Russian army.

At the end of the Liturgy, Father Seraphim addressed the worshipers with a pastoral word, congratulated the parishioners on the holiday and spoke about the life and exploits of St. John the Warrior, whose example of courage and faith has inspired Christians for many centuries.
