Festive services and missionary events for National Unity Day were held in the Roshchinsky deanerytranslated

On November 4, on the feast of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God and the Day of National Unity, festive services were held in the churches of the Roshchinsky deanery of the Vyborg diocese. The clergy addressed parishioners with sermons on the spiritual and historical significance of the holiday.

The clergy and parishioners of the deanery also organized a missionary action. Information booklets dedicated to the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God and the events of 1612 were distributed in churches and public places in populated areas of the Roshchinsky District, and holiday posters were also placed.

In the village of Roshchino, information materials were placed in the clinic, at the railway station, in the House of Culture, post office, pharmacies and youth multifunctional center. In Pervomaisky, festive posters appeared in the hospital, the House of Culture and the chapel, and in Tsvelodubovo - on information stands.

In the village of Privetninskoye, we held conversations with military personnel, introduced them to the history of the holiday and distributed information booklets.

In Semiozerye, the rector congratulated the elderly residents of the village on the holiday. Information materials were also distributed to visitors to a local store.
