In Rechitsa, an Online Seminar Was Held for Parents and Educatorstranslated

Based on the State Educational Institution "Rechitsky Center for Children's and Youth Creativity," on October 29, 2026, an online seminar on the prevention of suicidal behavior among minors was held. Over 700 people participated, including parents and educators from the city and district educational institutions.

The clergyman from the Holy Dormition Cathedral of Rechitsa, Protoierey Rostislav Mironovich, delivered a lecture on the topic "Spiritual Support for a Child in Times of Crisis and Loss of Orientation." The clergyman highlighted the role of the family in shaping moral values. He emphasized that trusting relationships with parents help children openly share their feelings and seek support from those close to them.

The seminar also included representatives from the Department of Education of the Rechitsa Regional Executive Committee, district departments of internal affairs and emergency situations, psychologists, and psychiatrists. Specialists provided recommendations on how to timely notice alarming changes in a child's behavior and offer assistance.
