The IV festival in honor of Saints Peter and Fevronia was held in Rakhyatranslated

On July 5, the IV music festival was held in the village of Rakhya in honor of the holy noble princes Peter and Fevronia of Murom, dedicated to the Day of Family, Love and Fidelity. The organizers of the holiday were the Council of Deputies, the administration of the House of Culture and the parish of the Church of the Holy Great Martyr Barbara.

The event was attended by the deputy head of the Missionary Department of the Vyborg Diocese, rector of the Church of the Holy Great Martyr Barbara in the village of Rakhya, Priest Oleg Patrikeev.

During the ceremonial part, large families raising five or more children, families raising children with disabilities, spouses celebrating 40, 45, 50, 60 and 70 years of marriage, as well as newlyweds were honored. Special words of gratitude and support were addressed to the families of the deceased participants in the special military operation.

The concert program was presented by students of the Sunday school of the Church of the Holy Great Martyr Barbara under the direction of Marina Zubova and Anna Shevchenko, soloists of the Mariinsky Theater Dmitry Podrazhanets and Anastasia Donets, as well as ex-soloist of the Blue Bird VIA Valery Yushchenko.
