Before the start of the Liturgy in the church in the name of the Hieromartyr Arkady, Bishop of Yekaterinburg, the bells installed on the belfry were blessed. The ceremonial consecration took place under the overture “The Year 1812,” performed by the 25th military orchestra of the Central Military District under the direction of Colonel Sergei Aleev, who is the head of the church.
