On October 13, in Polotsk, at the St. Sophia Cathedral, a plenary session of the two-day IV International Forum “Talk about important things: a happy family - a strong state” was held, which is held under the patronage of the Council of the Republic and the Belarusian Orthodox Church (Belarusian Exarchate of the Moscow Patriarchate).
