On September 4, 2026, a final organizational meeting was held in the Krivyakino Estate Park to prepare for the annual Festival of Physical and Spiritual Culture of Youth of the Kolomna Diocese “Our strength is in truth, spirituality is in our history.” The meeting participants conducted an on-site inspection of the sites, checked the timing of the program and worked out key logistical issues. Particular attention was paid to the design of the main stage, the organization of parking, the work of the team registration point, the grand opening scenario, traffic routes, the readiness of the field kitchen, the award ceremony, security issues and medical care.
